Ramapo's varsity girls basketball team shocked a No. 2 ranked Northern Highlands squad on Jan. 29 by a score of 52-45.

The Raiders used a balanced attack led by Senior Kaitlyn Amato's 14 points and 11 rebounds.

Freshman Karlie Brogan stepped up with 14 points, including 4 3-pointers. 

Senior Guard JK McAvoy netted 11 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists.

The win was a total team effort, according to coach Sandra Gordon.

Ramapo will take on Indian Hills on the road Thursday at 7 p.m.
