The Ramapo High School Girls Basketball team 'Goes Purple' for Project Purple.

The Ramapo Girls Basketball team 'Goes Purple' in honor of Project Purple, an anti-substance abuse campaign started by Chris Herren.

Herren also launched The Herren Project, which provides assistance to families affected by addiction.

The team wore purple shirts for warm up and purple socks to support the cause, according to Coach Sandra Gordon.
