Fire Department Holding Gift Card Drive
Donations, in the form of gift cards, will be accepted so victims of Hurricane Sandy may use them to purchase anything needed to help them in their recovery efforts.
The Oakland Volunteer Fire Department is scheduled to hold a Gift Card Drive on Saturday, Nov. 24, to help aid neighboring towns affected by Hurricane Sandy, according Frank Di Pentima.
Donations, in the form of gift cards, will be accepted so victims of Hurricane Sandy may use them to purchase anything needed to help them in their recovery efforts.
"Gift cards from a variety of stores, such as Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, Target, ShopRite, etc. are greatly appreciated," De Pentima said.
